Please note that the data will be communicated solely to the Public Security Authorities in compliance with our obligation to provide such communication under Article 109 of the Consolidated Public Security Law.

Apart from the above your data will not be communicated or sent to third parties and will be stored for the time required by the law in force.

You will be entitled to exercise the rights set out under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
